Wes Waters stands on the site of a 50-lot expansion of Lost Tree in South Charlotte
Three generations of building homes in the Queen City.
In 1940, C.A. Waters founded Waters Builders in Charlotte, North Carolina. The last half century has witnessed a lot of change and development in the city and region, however this third generation family business still builds with the same guiding principles established long ago. C.A. Waters set out to simply build a quality product at a fair price and that is exactly how Waters Builders continues to operate to this day.
Eventually son Bill would take the helm of the residential and commercial construction business. And now since the start of the new millennium, grandson Wes Waters, runs the operations. Over 1,000 homes have been developed, designed and built by Waters Builders in the same city they continue to raise their own extended families in.
As an active land investor and developer in greater Charlotte, Waters Builders has created many of Charlotte's desirable neighborhoods and making lasting friendships along the way. "Quite often the adult children of a couple who bought a home my father built, are now coming to me to build their own home," Wes Waters explains, "We have always firmly believed in Charlotte's potential as a great place to work, live and raise families."
